Full-file processing is billed by audio duration and rounded up to the next whole minute. For example, a file up to 60 seconds uses one minute, while a 61-second file uses two minutes.

You can upgrade your subscription or purchase a one-time minute pack. Monthly allowances reset on the renewal date and unused monthly minutes do not roll over.

Monthly subscription minutes remain available until the next monthly renewal. Annual subscription minutes are issued in full and remain valid for 12 months. One-time minute packs are also valid for 12 months from purchase.

Eligible trial users can create a free 30-second denoised preview before deciding whether to process the complete recording.

Minutes charged for a processing task that fails are returned to your balance through the task reconciliation process.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for completely unused plans or minute packs. Partially or fully used purchases are not eligible for refunds.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically create a refund.

Yes. Paid plans and one-time packs include commercial use for noise-reduced audio, subject to our Terms of Service and any rights that apply to your source recording.
